If you do not receive your product within 2 weeks from the date of invois, please email me and i will personally check with shipping representative here.
4. Email me if you have any questions on jewelry piece before purchasing it. Different picture angle or clear photos will be taken on selected items. This is to aovid misunderstanding or dissappointment.
5. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Most handmade pieces are limited to only two to three pieces per design therefore products are sold on 1st come 1st serve basis.

9. Items made from Coral, Shell, Jade, Turquoise, Jester, Rose Quarts and etc do not have similar lining paterns. The lines patern of the stones varies from one another because product are from nature.
